Mrs. Henrietta Dale
Mrs. Henrietta Dale, age 63, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday evening, January 25, 2010 at the local hospital. Henrietta was born August 17, 1946 in Summerville, Georgia, a daughter of the late Henry Cochran, Sr. and Katie Louise Ledford Cochran. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Dale, an infant son, Robert Jason Dale and a brother, Henry Rocky Cochran, Jr.. Henrietta was a devoted housewife and mother.
She is survived by her son, Scott Dale; grandchildren, Leigha Marie Maddox and Austin Gregory Wilson; special friend, Treena Cole; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Mike Sneed, Darlene and Tony Smith all of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Linda Cochran of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces and nephews.
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Henrietta Dale will be held Friday, January 29, 2010 at 3:00 oclock p.m. at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Reverend Charlie Hamm, Reverend Billy Joe Cochran and her nephew, Corey Cochran officiating. She will be laid to rest at the West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Ponders Funeral Home.
