Little Adam Shane Phillips, Jr.

January 9, 2010 10-014 Little Adam Shane Phillips, Jr., infant son of Amanda Nicole Long and Adam Shane Phillips, Sr., departed this Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born January 5, 2010. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carla Latimer and Mark Long. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brothers, Kaleb Phillips and Cobie Stoker; sisters, Timberly Shea Locklear, Kaylee Grace Phillips and Kelsi Phillips; grandparents, Karen and Erik Roberson; great-grandparents, L.C. Carter and Eula Phillips; several aunts, uncles, nieces. Services to celebrate the life of Little Adam Shane Phillips, Jr., will be held Monday, January 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Reverend Tony Robertson officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
